Discovery Kids / Kids Connection

Meets on Sunday mornings for children JK- Grade 6. At Kid Connection we will teach major Bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly multimedia workshops such as Art, Drama, Music, Games, Puppets, Storytelling, and any other educational Audio/Video media. Discovery Church is also partnering with Rehoboth CRC, to provide an established and dynamic ministry during the week:





  

(Girls Everywhere Meeting the Saviour) girls club.
We provide a weekly program of crafts, games,  friendship, mentoring and spiritual formation, for girls in grades 3 to 8. This club meets Thursday evenings from 6:50 to 8:30 p.m.

 

 

 

Cadets is a club for boys in grades 4 though 8, where we teach about Christ, the church, study the Bible, play games, and show them how to make projects, to use tools and equipment safely and also have fun! This club meets Monday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Both youth groups meet on their respective evenings at Rehoboth CRC, which is located at 130 Scugog St. (1/2 km north of Hwy 2), in Bowmanville.

If you are in Grades 9 through 12 come hang out with other youth at Discovery every Tuesday beginning in September!

Safety 

Discovery Church takes ministry to children very seriously. With this in mind, all volunteers must first be members in good standing at Discovery Church. They must also undergo a police background check, screening process and training before they are able to serve in Discovery Church.
